Short answer

An electric spin scrubber is a handheld motorised cleaning brush that rotates interchangeable brush heads at 280–350 rpm to scrub bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor surfaces. Youwang manufactures five spin scrubber platforms from 30 W to 100 W with IPX4 or IPX7 water protection, 2–3 hour runtimes and brush head accessory kits, at MOQs from 500 units and EXW pricing from USD 10–21 per unit at 500+ pieces.

Scope: what this product page covers

This page covers handheld motorised cleaning brushes in two form factors: extendable long-pole scrubbers (G001, G002, G003) for floors, tubs and walls, and short-handled compact models (G017, G004) for tiles, sinks, bottles and detail work. These are rotary-brush tools with passive water sealing — they are not pressure washers and not steam cleaners.

Materials

  • ABS housings and aluminium extension poles
  • 18650 lithium-ion cells, 2,000–2,600 mAh, 3.6–7.4 V packs
  • TPR over-moulded grips and Velcro brush head mounts
  • Nylon brush heads, diamond scouring pads and polishing sponges

Manufacturing process

  1. Model and accessory selection You select a platform by torque and water protection class, then choose the accessory kit (3–6 brush heads) and packaging. The accessory kit drives cost more than the motor, so we price it line by line.
  2. Motor and gear assembly Motor, gearbox and torque output are assembled and torque-tested before housing closure, because torque loss is the most common field complaint in this category.
  3. Battery pack integration 18650 cells are grouped, welded and fitted with protection boards in-house. Packs ship with UN38.3, MSDS, drop and stacking transport documentation for air and sea freight.
  4. Water protection assembly IPX4 models are sealed against splash; IPX7 models use gasketed enclosures and are sampled against the immersion test per batch, with third-party IPX7 reports available per model.
  5. Packing Colour boxes are packed 8–36 units per outer carton depending on model, with documented container loading quantities (for example 12,600 units per 20GP for G017).

What we do not do

We do not manufacture brush heads with specialised fibres for commercial floor machines, and we do not build corded mains-voltage scrubbers — all platforms are rechargeable battery tools. Our UL file for this category is a test report, not a UL certification, and we state it that way in documentation.

Technical questions

What is the difference between IPX4 and IPX7 on a spin scrubber?

IPX4 means the tool resists water splash from any direction — enough for use in a wet bathroom, but the body should not be submerged. IPX7 means the sealed body survives immersion at 1 m, which matters if you market the brush as fully washable. IPX7 adds gasketed enclosure cost, so we only recommend it when "submersible" is a marketing claim you intend to make.

How long does the battery last on a single charge?

No-load runtime is at least 2 hours on the 2,000–2,600 mAh packs, and at least 3 hours on the compact G017. Real working time with brush load is lower; plan on 60–90 minutes of continuous scrubbing per charge when quoting consumer expectations.

Can you match our brand colour and print our logo?

Yes. Black, white, grey, blue and orange are standard toolings; custom colours are produced at MOQ because the housings are injection moulded in-house. Logo printing, colour box artwork and accessory selection are confirmed at sampling.

What is the EXW price range for the cleaning brush series?

EXW pricing runs from about USD 10 (G017 compact) to USD 21 (G001 100 W kit) per unit at 504+ pieces, depending on model and accessory count. Exact quotations are issued per configuration and are valid for 30 days.
