Finished-Product Assembly and End-of-Line Testing

4 finished-product assembly lines with 50+ test instruments: suction, sensor calibration, leak testing, charge cycles and WiFi pairing on every unit.

Short answer

Finished-product assembly is the stage where motors, batteries, boards and housings become a working appliance, and end-of-line testing is where each unit is verified before packing. Youwang assembles on 4 finished-product lines supported by more than 50 pieces of test equipment, checking suction, sensor calibration, water-circuit leaks, charge cycles and WiFi pairing on every unit before it is packed.

When this process applies

This capability covers assembly, functional test, burn-in sampling and export packing for our four product families. Packing is done to the customer's artwork with documented container loading quantities per model.

Where it is the right choice

  • Robot vacuums: suction measurement, sensor calibration, IR recharge verification
  • Pet fountains: water-circuit leak and cross-flow testing, sensor and alarm checks
  • Spin scrubbers: torque verification and IP-class sampling
  • Car vacuums: stall-protection and button-cycle testing

Where it is the wrong choice

Stating this explicitly matters more than a capability list: if your part falls into one of these categories, another process will cost you less.

  • Assembly of products we do not manufacture — we are not a contract assembler for third-party kits
  • Certification testing itself; compliance testing is done by accredited third-party laboratories
  • Retail-level repair and refurbishment services

Equipment

  • 4 assembly lines with automatic and semi-automatic stations
  • 50+ pieces of measurement and test equipment
  • Ageing racks for battery and motor burn-in sampling
  • Export packing stations with carton dimension and weight verification

Process questions

What is actually tested on each unit before packing?

Every unit passes suction or torque measurement, sensor calibration, charge-cycle verification and pairing (WiFi/BLE where applicable). Water platforms additionally get a leak and cross-flow check. Batch-level ageing and drop sampling happen before packing, not after.

What is your production lead time?

15–20 days from deposit and packaging approval for standard configurations. First orders with custom colours or packaging typically take the upper end because of the extra surface-treatment step.

What is your annual capacity?

Over 600,000 units a year across all platforms, on 4 assembly lines with 8 upstream SMT lines. Capacity is not the constraint in this category — component lead time is, which is why we flag long-lead parts at the quotation stage.
