How the company developed
- Founding The company was established in Shenzhen's Bao'an District as a plastics and electronics manufacturer, combining injection moulding with electronics assembly from the start.
- SMT expansion The SMT workshop grew to 8 fully automatic lines — 7 Yamaha YSM20R placers and a Siemens HS60 line — with AOI, SPI and X-ray inspection and a COB bonding line.
- Appliance platforms The D2/D3, V2G, V2L, V6, V8 and V9 robot vacuum platforms, the G-series spin scrubbers, the CG2 car vacuum and the P002/M04/P006 pet fountain platforms were established as configurable ODM families.
- Today More than 200 staff across a 5,000+ m² three-storey plant produce over 600,000 units a year, with roughly 90% of each product's components manufactured in-house and export programmes across North America, the EU, the UK, Japan and Southeast Asia.

Operating principles
These four rules explain most of the difference between how we quote and how a trading broker quotes.
We quote the platform, not the buyer’s wish
If a request needs tooling the timeline cannot absorb, the quote says so that day. Accepting an unworkable configuration to win an order transfers the failure to your launch date.
Every quote states what is not yet certified
Certification status differs by model and by market. The written per-model summary arrives with the quotation, including the tests that are not done yet — that line is what protects your launch date.
Documentation is part of the product
Compliance files, battery transport documents and line-test records are archived per model and per pack configuration. A shipment without its documents is not a shipment; it is a container stopped at a terminal.
We decline work that suits someone else
We do not take contract moulding jobs for products we do not assemble, and we do not quote single-unit dropship volumes. Saying so early is cheaper for both sides than discovering it after the deposit.
Where we are, and how that affects your order
The plant is in Shenzhen, Guangdong — Shapuwei Industrial Park, Songgang Street — within reach of Shenzhen's ports and airports. Sea freight to the US West Coast runs 14–18 days, to the US East Coast 28–35 days, and to Northern Europe 25–32 days; express air freight reaches most destinations in 3–5 days.
Quotations are answered within one working day, and each order has a named project contact who owns the configuration sheet, the sampling round and the shipment documents.
What we are not
We are not a broker, and we do not pass your project to an unidentified third-party factory. Injection moulding, SMT, bonding, assembly, testing and packing are in-house; cells and a small number of sourced components come from named suppliers with lot traceability, and they are listed as such in the bill of materials. We do not offer contract moulding or contract PCBA for products we do not assemble, and we do not operate single-unit dropship fulfilment.
