Case Studies
Each study states the starting constraint, what was configured, what was measured, and what happened — with client names withheld, because we do not trade our customers' programmes for marketing copy.

Read case studyWhat a case study should prove
1. The starting condition
A case without a measurable constraint is a brochure. Every study here opens with the deadline, the market requirement or the commercial position we were asked to meet.
2. The configuration
Most ODM programmes fail on details decided late: the wrong navigation platform, a battery configuration without transport documents, a tank design that leaks in transit. Each study shows the configuration decisions and when they were made.
3. The boundary
Each study ends with the volumes, timelines or markets where this approach stops working. If your programme sits outside it, the honest answer is a different platform.
